Repair Technician Internal Service and Logistics, Assistive Devices Dalarna, Falun Job Responsibilities

As a repair technician with us, you will primarily work with settings and refurbishment of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, work chairs, digital aids, mattresses, and return handling. The job also includes supporting the warehouse with simpler tasks such as unpacking goods when needed.

We are currently in an exciting development phase in the department focused on improving our quality and work environment, and you are naturally welcome to contribute your thoughts and ideas. It is also very important to follow given routines and to always ask for help when unsure.

We are also working to increase our collaboration and cohesion in the group, as we are a recent merger of two departments. In your daily work as a repair technician, you will also have contact and dialogue with staff in other departments since we often carry out work ordered by, for example, an assistive device consultant.

The position may involve occasional travel.

Education

Requirements:

• Vocational training or automotive education or similar at the high school level or documented work experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Driver's license B Manual / Automatic
• Good knowledge of the Office package

Meritorious:

• Forklift license

Experience, knowledge, skills

Requirements:

• Good written and spoken knowledge of the Swedish language
• Good IT skills

Meritorious:

• Experience with the operational system Sesam
• Several years of documented experience in mechanical work
